At RiMay, we want your order to reach you smoothly and on time. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Delivery Timelines
We currently ship across India. Estimated delivery times are:
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days
These are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and courier availability.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹999
- A flat shipping fee of ₹59 applies to orders below ₹999
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We are currently accepting prepaid orders only
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, or courier disruptions. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please allow an additional 2–3 business days before reaching out.
