We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.
Returns
We only accept returns or replacements in case of damaged or defective products.
To request a return:
You must record a clear unboxing video at the time of delivery. The video must show the package being opened and the issue clearly. Requests without video/photo proof may not be accepted.
Conditions:
- Products must be unused
- Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Items that are damaged due to misuse, or that show signs of wear, are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
How to Request a Return
Reach out to us via our Contact page within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll guide you through the next steps.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll resolve it promptly at no extra cost to you.
